The location of the hotel is superb, just a five-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travel. My room was spacious, with a comfy bed and large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a delightful mix of pastries, fruits, and cold cuts. Enjoyed it especially in the beautiful outdoor garden area. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, I did experience some issues with noise. Sound insulation wasn't great, I heard conversations from neighboring rooms and street noise. The air conditioning in my room was also quite loud, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The hotel price feels high considering these inconveniences, but overall it offers a quality stay.

We enjoyed our stay with two small kids, and the hotel is conveniently located near Bari Harbor. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast had plenty of options, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious dinner offered in-house.

My children wished for a better play area.

I especially appreciated the welcoming free happy hour that provided a nice start to the evening.

Had a wonderful stay! The Double Room was super modern with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bidet, and flat-screen TV. I enjoyed the fitness centre as well. Breakfast had a fantastic selection. The staff was exceptional, especially the receptionists. Very clean and stylish. The location is great for exploring the city!
